TikTok has returned to Apple’s and Google’s app stores in the U.S. after being unavailable for nearly a month. The app was blocked on January 18 over concerns that the Chinese-owned platform posed a data security risk. But President Trump signed an executive order on his first day in office, delaying the ban by an additional 75 days, extending the deadline to April 5. TikTok has now recovered about 90% of its traffic since becoming available again.
