Pulitzer Center journalists Miho and Minsha Ouyou spoke to The University of Chicago students with career interests in journalism

Pulitzer Center journalists Miho and Minsha Ouyou spoke to The University of Chicago students with career interests in journalism on reporting environmental crises in Japan on Monday, March 25th. The event was moderated by Professor Evan Carver (CEGU) and sponsored by the Center for East Asian Studies, University of Chicago and the Committee on Environment, Geography and Urbanization. While on campus, the journalists also engaged with students and faculty at a Japanese language table in the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations and visited with the staff of the independent, student newspaper, The Chicago Maroon during production night.

This event was generously supported with a U.S. Department of Education Title VI National Resource Center Grant.
